Reservation Requirements: In order to reserve your date and guarantee your boat, a deposit of $2,000 MXN is required for all reservations. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to boarding the boat.

Punctuality: We expect punctuality for both your departure and arrival times, as time will begin running from the reserved time. If you wish to extend your service hours, please request availability prior to boarding.

Peak Season/Holiday Considerations: During holidays, peak seasons, or peak hours, it may take longer to reach our site. We advise you to plan your arrival accordingly.

On-board Amenities: Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks on board.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time before boarding in accordance with the following conditions:

Cancellations Beyond Customer Control: In the event of cancellations caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as inclement weather, storms, winds, strong swells, or orders from maritime authorities (e.g. Harbor Master, Secretary of the Navy), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your payment.

Cancellations by Customer: If you have made an advance deposit of $2,000 MXN to confirm your reservation and choose to cancel prior to your tour date, you will only forfeit the deposit and will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance. In the event that you have paid a higher amount or the full amount at the time of your reservation and choose to cancel prior to your tour date, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference, with the cancellation fee capped at $2,000 MXN.

Early Return Policy: If you choose to return early during the tour due to reasons beyond our control, the tour will be considered complete and no refund will be provided.

Weather and Seasickness Disclaimer and Acknowledgment Policy.

 

 

Weather and Sea Condition Awareness: Our team will make every effort to inform guests about the expected weather and sea conditions for the day of the tour. This information is based on the latest weather forecasts and reports from maritime authorities.

 

Risk of Seasickness: Guests are advised that seas and movement of the boat can cause seasickness. If you have a history of susceptibility to seasickness or any other medical condition that could be exacerbated by these movement, please consider this information before booking or doing your tour.

Acceptance of Responsibility: If, despite being advised by our team about the possibility of sea sickness and you choose to proceed with the tour, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risk of discomfort or seasickness. You acknowledge that you are making the decision to participate in the tour at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for any and all risks involved, including the possibility of seasickness.

Non-Refundable: In the event that a guest experiences seasickness and chooses to return to shore early, the tour will be considered complete and no refund will be provided.
